We come to your home or residence, at a time that is convenient for you, and spend approximately 2 - 2.5 hours interviewing you. This is done to get the maximum information about you. This information is then tabled using a special format that was created by senior consultants from a number of major employment groups.

All information will be then taken away to be word processed and laser printed, then bound in an easy to read folio that we know from our experience of over 15 years and in excess of 5000 resumes will get the attention you want.

Realistic Resumés also offer, as part of the service, a number of additional aids to gaining employment, in the form of sample job application/ cover letters, as well as tips and sample questions at interviews.

All information, gained through our interview process will be maintained on our database, and updated as required. This will ensure that your resume will at all times be up to date, and available to you for as long as is required, for all ongoing and future use.
